So I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph the gorgeous Nichelle and Shomari last week and loved every minute of their wedding. Nichelle and Shomari are originally from Cayman, as a lot of people know, the Cayman Islands is a huge wedding destination island. So to have the chance to photograph a local wedding is truly awesome! They were surrounded by 150 of their closest friends and family. In Cayman everyone is family! 🙂 These guys decided to rent a home out in Rum Point called the Great Escape, it overlooks one of the finger keys of Cayman Kai. They step out the front door and they walk across to the amazing crystal clear waters of the Caribbean. The house is truly Caribbean and is the perfect place for such events. So Nichelle and Shomari wanted to see each other before their morning wedding so that they could enjoy the party and brunch with their families without sacrificing the chance to spend loads of time for great shots. So Shomari waited on the dock as Nichelle walked up behind him…. he turned around and saw her in her gorgeous gown! They hugged and kissed and laughed……. I think I should leave the rest of the story for the photos to tell…….
