Cayman Cookout 2017 | Day 3

Day 3 of Cayman Cookout was amazing….. heading out to the beautiful RumPoint, the chefs all prepared amazing food from mini burgers and fries soaked in red wine, lamb chops, fresh tuna, wahoo, lobster, shrimp to name a few. Not forgetting incredible mixed cocktails and of course Moet Champagne. After everyone headed back to the Ritz Carlton to enjoy some baking by Christina Tosi and a cooking demo by Eric Ripert and Anthony Bourdain while sipping on freshly cut coconuts laced with rum….but of course.
