Surprise Engagement
Venue: Kimpton Beach
Nicco called me a few months ago and said he wanted to surprise his girlfriend on the beach and propose to her. He arrived at the Kimpton and walked down the beach until they were alone, got down on one knee and gave her a Blue Zircon ring… something so unique and different. Regan was in shock, she cried, she screamed and then…. well a lot of kissing… oh yeah … and she said YES!
We met at work. We both worked at a regional television station in different departments but we quickly became friends.
We have been dating for almost 4 years
My fiance is from Florida so she is obsessed with the beach and the ocean. She was dreading turning 30 this year so we decided to take a trip to the Caymans so she could be on a beach and forget all her problems. I figured this would be a perfect place to propose, surrounded by all her favorite things.
TRAVEL! We love going anywhere and everywhere in this giant world of ours. We always say that we will go in debt in order to travel. So far we have been keeping pretty true to that unfortunately!
Rebecca was great at just letting us do our own thing and capturing all the emotions of that moment. She also gave great direction when we needed it!
Definitely do it in the Caymans and book a photographer! The island is so beautiful and you will want to remember that moment forever.
