Ideas…
When Colleen called me to capture her amazing family, I think I messaged her for a whole hour that night sending ideas and going back and forth with excitement. She told me their location was a cottage by the sea, and her beautiful little girls who run wild and free… and one of the worlds chubbiest, but cutest baby boy…. and peeks… well who doesn’t adore peeks!

What was important to these guys for their session…. keeping things. ‘aux natural!’ Colleen wanted to capture them all just playing inside and on the beach, running around in little dresses with their hair in their faces, picking up shells and running from hermit crabs.
Peeks grew up in the Cayman Islands and captured his beautiful bride from Canada, I got to photograph their wedding a few years ago and even had the opportunity to see little Elijah in the hospital after he was born when his sisters came to see him.
Unicorns and rainbows…
What best describes this family…. (In their own words..) “Unicorns and rainbows and Guinness”, I mean what else does anyone need!
I love the colours that Colleen chose for the girls to run free on the beach and the yellow contrasted so good with the ocean. The pink dresses were. also super cute and added a perfect change. The pink swimsuits with the sunglasses…. well I mean… perfect!

Rebecca Davidson is a local Cayman Islands family and wedding photographer. She travels to Spain to photograph weddings in the summer with her family and makes her home in the Cayman Islands the rest of the year with her husband, 4 children, a dog and 3 cats…. and her mum who they never leave behind…..
