Michelle and Derek were married on the beautiful beach at Meridian on Seven Mile Beach. Their wedding was perfect for these two, surrounded by their family and friends at this gorgeous venue. Derek and Michelle met back in 2006 on Derek’s first stint on the island where he worked at dms Broadcasting and hosted Friday nights at District 6 (now Elements) Michelle was bar-tending at the club, but that was just the beginning.
Derek moved home after a few years of living in Cayman and it didn’t take him long to realize that Cayman had become his home so in 2009 Derek moved back to the island. Michelle and Derek re-met at a volleyball game at Public Beach where their relationship started to flourish. A few days later Derek invited Michelle to a Tortuga cognac tasting… the rest was history.

Derek travels regularly to Las Vegas where he performs and also in Cayman. Michelle is truly his partner in crime. The two are just perfect for each other.
