How did you both meet
We met at the start of COVID (on a dating app…) in April 2020 and our first date was a walk in a local park with Victoria’s dog, Boomer.
How did AJ pop the question
We were in Naples, FL on a morning walk through the golf course with our dog Boomer when AJ decided it was a good idea to ditch the ring box and tie the ring to his shorts, popping the question on a bridge.
Traditions
My mom the morning of the wedding gave me my Nonni’s (grandma) handkerchief with blue flowers as my something blue. It was really special to have something from her on our wedding day since she is no longer with us.
How did you feel during your vows
AJ’s best man Aaron said it was the first time he’s ever seen him nervous.
Favourite moment from the wedding
All of our family and friends who had traveled all that way to be with us made it extra special and meant the world to us! The memories made throughout the week make it nearly impossible to pick one favorite memory.
Overall wedding experience
We can’t wait to go back to Palm Heights and the Cayman Islands. It was amazing!
Unique items
One other unique item was our sea glass place cards from ArtfullySV! Sabrina did an amazing job on our sea glass place cards – we loved them and a small keepsake for our guests as well!

Any thoughts…
We planned our wedding site unseen! The first time visiting Palm Heights was a few days before our wedding! We landed a beautiful venue (LOVED all the greenery and Palm Trees) and dream team from miles and miles away and didn’t even realize it. Everyone at Palm Heights especially Dragana & Rebecca, Noah, and Shae at Wild Love Artists were AMAZING!!
