When Melanie emailed me from the UK to book a vow renewal I was so excited to photograph this special occasion for a couple of reasons. Melanie is a photographer herself so that always makes it super fun and challenging in a good way! But also Melanie and Simon were married in 2000 and they have a little girl Amelia who is 7! Their vows, that they wrote themselves, not only brought both of them to tears but me too!!! Try get through their slide show without falling in love again! Ms. Joy from Simply Weddings did a fantastic job and brought a mini champagne (sparkling apple juice) for Amelia. OHHH and hats off to ‘my’ boys on the West Bay Dock who performed beautifully with an incredible synchronized jump!
Rebecca! – You were fantastic. You have really captured the emotion of the afternoon for us and I cry every time I look at these photographs. The CD of images is really spectacular, – and this is praise indeed, because as a wedding photographer myself I have very very high standards! When I looked at your blog I knew you were the photographer for me, and I was right – beautiful photographs which really tell a story. We are totally delighted with our photographs, both from our vow renewal and also our fun portrait session the next day. Thank you very very much 🙂
