What was memorable about taking pictures with your bridal party?

The whole morning getting pictures with the bridal party in our pajamas and doing a tiktok. We also got pictures as we were walking down to the Church.

Did You See Each Other Before The Wedding?

We spent the day and night before the wedding together. We just relaxed the day before getting the apartment ready for the wedding morning and then went for a meal together that night. It was lovely to wake up to each other on the morning of the wedding before the bridal party arrived.

What Was It Like Walking Down The Aisle?

It felt surreal that the moment had finally come and I was about to walk down the aisle at my wedding. It was amazing to see all our family and friends on either side as I walked down the aisle to Ross.

Favorite Moment of The Day

At the end of the drinks reception we had 15 minutes to ourselves to have canapés and a drink. It was lovely to sit back together and take it all in.

How did he pop the question?

Ross proposed on my 30th birthday while we were away on a spa break. I had planned my 30th birthday party for the day we arrived home from the break so it was lovely to celebrate with family & friends.

What made you choose your venue for your wedding?

We flew over to Marbella to view venues and hadn’t planned to view Casa de la Era but while we were viewing a venue near by Julie from sunshine wedding suggested we should view Casa de la Era. We fell in love with the venue. It had everything we wanted. We wanted a sea view and to be close to the Church as we didn’t want to travel far after the ceremony.

First Dance

First dance song was a cover by Luke Burr – Is this love

What advice would you offer other couples planning a destination wedding?

Enjoy the build up and don’t stress the small stuff. Everything comes together in the end. It will be over in a flash so try to take a minute or two throughout the day to take it all in. I would definitely recommend a videographer as you definitely won’t remember every part of the day with all the emotions you feel on the day.
