I went dress shopping with my Mom, 2 sisters and sister in law. We went to 3 boutiques and the first 2 were discouraging. When we arrived ant the Pearl and Dot boutique I knew this was the place I would find my dress. It was beautiful with such attention to detail and a wide selection of dresses from designers I had already been admiring. Everyone says it, but it was the very last dress I tried on, and I knew right away it was the one. I didn’t let anyone see, but the tears welled up.

We were looking at different beach wedding groom attire on pinterest and found one that we loved. We then had it made at Harry Rosen and had such a great experience with them. Everything was perfect and we were able to customize each detail.

Both of our favourite moment was when we first saw each other walking down the aisle. It surreal and was something we both waited a long time for. We also loved watching all the kids dance to their favourite songs during the reception. But The best part was when all the craziness stopped and it was able to be just the two of us!

We both felt very calm and excited as neither of us had seen each other before we walked down the aisle

We were lucky to be able to just enjoy the whole experience with no stress as it was a small wedding and Sarah (Our planner) took care of the details and timeline. It was a really wonderful day spent with the people who mean the most to us.

Always get a planner and don’t stress; you’re meant to enjoy your wedding!

We wanted to allow the bridesmaids to choose which style they preferred so each of them were different. Purchased from showmeyourmumu.com

We met through work actually. We were lucky enough to develop an incredible mentee/mentor relationship prior to starting our romantic relationship. We already had a really good foundation of friendship and trust when we decided to take the next step!

Invest in a good photographer, you’ll have these pictures for the rest of your life.

It was great! Anyone who knows me knows that I hate taking pictures. It’s one of those things I wish I could fastforward through , but you made it very quick and easy. I loved that you knew exactly which spots to take us to.

Our first dance was to “Yours – Russel Dickerson” Father Daughter was to “Daddy’s little Girl – Mary Lambert: (Recorded by my Mom) Mother Son was to “A Song for Mama – Boyz II Men”
