Aine and Dean chose this beautiful location tucked away in the mountains of Andalusia for their intimate wedding in Velez-Malaga Spain. They chose a gorgeous Cortijo, a typical farmhouse which has been gorgeously renovated into a boutique hotel. The bride and her bridesmaids got ready in a room overlooking their ceremony site, which you had to climb a tiny winding staircase only to be greeted with the smell of perfume and hairspray and a great vibe as these beauties got ready in their lilac dresses and a gorgeous Jean Fox wedding gown. The ceremony was set with a stunning backdrop and once the couple were announced all their guests randomly burst into song and they walked down the aisle as they were doused in flower petals. The reception took place high above the white village below and they danced the night away to the amazing, incredible Jackie Brown Band who had everyone up and singing, although the best man didn’t need much encouragement. 🙂 Sunshine weddings absolutely did an incredible job keeping everything perfect!!!

We always knew we wanted to get married in the sun which is not a given in Ireland and to create a relaxed holiday feel to the day
So helpful, when I realized the night before the wedding that the veil I had gotten was not the veil I had picked the sunshine wedding team went above and beyond to source me a new one the morning of the wedding! For that I am forever gratefully and it worked out even better than the original one I had chosen. The additional touches they also went to on the day by delivering the bridal party pastries while getting ready was so appreciated. In advance of the day Pam was always on email to help with any queries I asked, and there were quite a lot

A lil bit nervous but also very excited
Too many, we really loved the ceremony it was so personal and there was so many laughs throughout and the setting was just perfect
That everyone would enjoy the day, as guests had travelled so far to spend the day with us, and they did. It was such a great day from start to finish
