The Wharf was such a perfect wedding venue for this couple who decided early on that the Cayman Islands was going to be the destination for their wedding. It could not have been a more gorgeous day, Kieran waited by the ocean under a Casuarina tree as Nicole walked down the path holding her dress. The first look was so cute and even Nicole’s sister who came along to help was beaming as the two had their special moment together as we stayed in the distance to photograph them. We met up with the bridal party and did some fun photos with the group at an old Cayman house nearby. The couple then headed off to the Wharf where they were married under a chuppa by a Rabbi. Nicole was walked down the aisle by her mum and dad and handed off to Kieran as they stood only a few feet away from the ocean.

Initially, we did a lot of research by browsing blogs and galleries from previous couples weddings. Based on reviews an pictures, we were able to narrow down our choices to who we wanted to work with and where we wanted to have the wedding. We then made a quick trip to Grand Cayman to check out our top venues and meet with various vendors. To anyone planning a destination wedding, we highly recommend making a quick trip. Meeting face-to-face with the people you’ll be working with allowed us to get a sense of who we felt most comfortable with and who we connected with most naturally.
