You cannot help and smile as you look at the wedding photos of Rachel and Jerome at the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman, where these two journeyed for their gorgeous beach wedding. During their vows and ring exchange and announcement that they were man and wife, the couple never stopped smiling and laughing. Even their family and friends were beaming as these two tied the knot on the most romantic Island in the world! Rachel’s attention to detail is indescribable, from the custom made wifey/hubby T-shirts they each wore as they were getting ready, to the tailored fantastic suit of the groom, custom bar coasters, the monogrammed slippers, the Greek cake, the table settings, the imported wine from Greece and the Bomboniera’s …… what are Bomboniera’s? I thought you would never ask 🙂
Bomboniera: contains “Koufeta”, known as Jordan Almonds which have a bittersweet taste to symbolize life, the sugarcoating represents life blessed with more sweetness than bitterness, the odd number symboizes the union and indivisibility of the newly married couple (1) Health, (3) Fertility (5) A long life

I always dreamed of a curve hugging full lace dress. I never thought I would find it at Vera Wang because most of her dresses are very simple. It was the second wedding dress I tried and as soon as I saw the way it hugged the hips, I knew immediately it was the one! After that I tried another 20 dresses of various brands but nothing compared.
Rachel: the first look because it took all my stress away and I could enjoy the rest of the day. Also the first time my mom saw me in my dress because she hadn’t seen it at all… She had broken her ankle and couldn’t come to any of the fittings. Also when my dad lifted my veil and kissed me on the cheek before giving my hand to Jerome.
Jerome: when I first saw Rachel in her dress which fitted her body perfectly! When she squeezed my hand tight when we were saying the vows, when I saw how proud my parents were of the man I had become.

It was exactly what we envisioned! Elena managed to do it within 3 weeks only and it was flawless!

It is the best experience! Everyone is relaxed and enjoys every moment. If you decide to have it at the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman, definitely demand to have Elena Karpechenko plan it!
