The Dress
I visited the bridal boutique with my mom, dad, sister and grandma. I was looking for a dress that was simple but reminded me of the beach. It was only the third dress I tried on but I loved the off the shoulder and lace detail in the middle!
How did you meet
We met on campus at our University. It was at Panda Express in our student center and he helped me research professors for my courses in the Fall.
How did Chase propose
He surprised me with a trip to Iceland! We woke up early one morning to head to the Skogafoss Waterfall. Once we arrived, only one other person was there. Chase asked the man if he could take our photo (turned out to be the secret photographer) under the waterfall and he popped the question!
Any Unique items from your wedding
My mom gifted me a blue sticker for under my shoe and her pearl earrings for my something borrowed and something blue!
The Grooms Suit
We wanted a tan linen suit for the beach. It was a bit easier to find his at the department store due to the spring season.
How did you feel as you walked down the aisle
I felt excited, I just wanted to stay in the moment!
How would you describe your overall wedding experience
Amazing! We were lucky to have a vacation and wedding in one. The entire trip was so memorable, from seeing stingrays and reefs to the moments at the altar.
